Our first Signature event of the season, the now world famous Hays Crawfish Boil, will be happening March 1st.  Crawfish, andouille sausage, celery, potatoes, corn, onions,  lemon and oranges are all in the boil.

Social Hour and check in  is from 1:00 - 2;00 and the feast starts at 2:00.  The tables are laid out southeast to northwest and the crawfish and andouille sausage are dumped out in a line by the brothers who have become Hays Boys over the last year.  Brother Napoleon will be making his signature beignets and this includes microbrew.

This stag event is men only but you don't need to be a Brother to attend.  RSVP's are requested.
